We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as personal branding success depends on individual efforts and various external factors beyond our control.
2.2 Consultations and Deliverables:
Our services are provided through scheduled consultations and written content. The scope of services, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in the agreement or contract specific to each engagement. Any requested changes to the scope of services may require a new agreement or an adjustment to the fees.
2.3 International Services:
We provide services to clients both in India and abroad. It is your responsibility to ensure that engaging with our services complies with the laws of your country. We are not responsible for any violations of local laws that may arise from your use of our services.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Processor:
Payments on the KredWorks website are processed via Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway provider. By using Razorpay for your transaction, you agree to comply with Razorpay’s terms and conditions. We are not liable for any issues that arise from Razorpay’s systems or third-party payment providers.
3.2 Payment Obligations:
Once you agree to purchase a service, you are obligated to pay the agreed amount. All prices listed on the website are in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) for Indian clients, will be clearly outlined before the transaction.
3.3 Foreign Transactions:
For clients based outside India, international transactions may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and additional charges levied by your bank or payment service provider. You are responsible for paying any such charges, and we are not liable for any additional costs associated with international payments.
3.4 Payment Disputes:
In the event of any payment disputes, you must notify us immediately, and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue. If a payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is confirmed.
4. Refunds
We provide a Refund Policy as outlined in a separate section on our website. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy. Refunds may only be issued in case of non-delivery of services due to our fault or if specifically agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the service.

As an unregistered sole proprietorship, any claims, legal actions, or liabilities arising from your use of KredWorks services will be treated as personal liabilities of Rashmi Tewari. You acknowledge that we will not be responsible for any damages beyond the fees paid for the services in question.

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
